Back Morocco's next generation of founders, one company at a time.

Sephina incubates ventures in Casablanca and Beni Mellal from first idea to first revenue. Our investor network sees each company before it is presented anywhere else, and chooses deal by deal. No blind pool. No management fee. No obligation to deploy.

Why Morocco, why now.

An underpricedfounder market.

Creative and consumer first.

Built, not just funded.

Talent density in Casablanca has outgrown the capital available to it. Ventures here reach revenue on a fraction of a European seed budget.

We back founders in cosmetics, design, craft, hospitality and digital products, categories with real customers and short paths to cash.

Every company in our pipeline is incubated in house. We work inside the business long before we bring it to you.

Who this network is for.

Investors comfortable with early-stage risk.

Investors interested in North Africa and the Moroccan consumer market.

Investors who can decide in weeks, not quarters.

Investors who want to meet founders directly.

Who is behind Sephina.

Sephina is run by Youssef Sefrioui. He studied accounting at Pepperdine University in California and passed the US CPA examination there. At Colony Capital he headed the accounting department for Funds II, III and IV. He is also a working artist painter, known as Yous Sufi. That combination is deliberate: Sephina backs founders in creative and consumer categories, and it is run by someone who ran fund accounting at institutional scale and has also built and priced a premium brand of his own.
