Sculpture

r/Sculpture – [self] wanted to practice making a head bust before I do it with my studio class Thursday. It’s not perfect but putting this together helped me discover where I was making mistakes. Still struggling with a lot but mostly eyes and lips.

A little pointer if I may. When approaching anything biological (soft shapes, organic etc) always build from an anatomical perspective. Start with a framework to build upon, in the case of a head sculpt, rough the shapes...
